Guardian has specialized in protection services since 1950.
But it wasn't until 1975 that the company embarked on a path that has led Guardian to its current position as an industry leader. Led by Russ Cersosimo, who still functions as the CEO to this day, the company has grown from a two-person operation to an enterprise that employs more than 1,000 people.
Along the way, Russ has built a seven-person Executive Management team that collectively has more than 150 years of direct alarms and security industry experience. These managers, among other responsibilities, are charged with ensuring that Guardian remains faithful to the underlying business philosophy that has been central to its success through the years. This philosophy has its roots in the notion that every customer is important and is to be treated with the same dignity, respect and care that we would expect to receive.
