Provider of free child ID fingerprint kits to police departments and crime watch organizations
A child's fingerprint ID kit customized for the needs of the Crime Prevention Association of Western Pennsylvania (CPAWP) an organization comprised primarily of police departments has become a great helper to police departments and crime watch organizations and even kindergartens throughout our marketing area. The program was kicked off in 1999 with 5,000 free kits donated to the CPAWP. Guardian continues to distribute these free of charge to anyone who makes a request. To date, Guardian has distributed about 60,000 free ID kits, investing about $7,000 in enabling parents to keep important personal information archived for their child's safety.
