Golf Outing Information - Registration due by February 10!
WHEN: Thursday, March 29. 11:30 a.m. departure from the Encore.
A shuttle and lunch will be supplied. 2 people per dealership will receive complimentary registration. If you plan to attend, please be sure to complete the registration form. Check the YES option under "Golf".

PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY TO REGISTER YOUR INDIVIDUAL DEALERSHIP AND ATTENDEES.

  • One registration per dealership is preferred.
  • One ISC badge per person will be provided.
  • The dress code is business casual with the exception of Friday evening, when jacket and tie (or the equivalent for ladies) is required.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

  • Golf Outing: Last day to register for the golf outing is Monday, February 20, 2012.
  • Hotel and all other Events: Last day to register is Monday, February 20, 2012 however we strongly encourage early registration.

You will receive a confirmation email when your room has been booked, followed by convention information detailing the Golf Outing, Meet & Greet, Business Meeting and Awards Dinner.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

  • Each dealership will receive ONE standard hotel room sleeping double occupancy (up to 2 people) for two nights, compliments of Guardian Protection Services!
  • The two nights must be chosen from these dates: March 28, March 29, March 30 and you must register using this form.
  • Please include the names of the individuals who will be staying in the room, and the dates that they will be staying.
  • Please note that a $50 per person, per night charge will be added when room occupancy is for more than two people. The above reservation will be handled by Kat Nardini at Guardian.

NOTE: This form should be used to register your two complimentary nights in one room as described above. If your group requires extra rooms or nights, please contact the hotel directly to make the extra rooms/extra nights reservations and mention that you are with Guardian; code 6GUA0312 to enjoy our special rate of: $169 (3/28), $169 + $50 per person beyond 2 people (3/29), and $219 + $50 per person beyond 2 people (3/30). Any extra hotel nights/rooms plus all incidentals will be the responsibility of each dealership.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION

LacaveMEET & GREET. Come, enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and get acquainted with the Guardian team and your fellow dealers! This is an event that you won't want to miss!

BUSINESS MEETING. Join us for an information-packed session where you will receive helpful business intelligence from Guardian leaders and support departments, as well as key suppliers. You will also have the opportunity to exchange tips and ideas with fellow dealers. *All dealers must send at least one principal or senior executive to this meeting. More than one attendee per dealership is encouraged! Details to follow.
WHEN: Friday, March 30, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
WHERE: The Encore-Brahms Meeting Room
NOTE: Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided.

AWARDS DINNER. Unwind with drinks and a delicious meal as we congratulate the big winners of 2011.
