Best Price Guarantee applies to the professionally installed equipment costs and activation fees associated with a base home security system and does not apply to monthly monitoring fees. Base system is defined as one control panel/keypad, three door contacts, one motion sensor, yard sign and window decals, professionally installed and monitored by an appropriately licensed security systems company. Comparable offers must be available to the general public and exclude group rates, membership and affinity partner programs, do-it-yourself installations and non-monitored security systems.
