Depending on the type of signal, Guardian's trained experts know exactly what to do, and have the capability to notify you and first responders.

Central Station: How Monitored Home Security Systems Work

The highly trained team in our monitoring center is on alert for your system's burglary, fire and medical alarms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On average, Guardian takes just 30 seconds to initiate a response to your system's emergency signal. Powerful systems, state-of-the-art technology and live experts synchronize to deliver a response that signifies our commitment to providing you true peace of mind. Alarm is activated due to the triggering of any armed, monitored system component. For instance, by an intruder.

An emergency signal is transmitted to Guardian's Central Station, where we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A central station specialist will initiate a response in an average of 30 seconds and follow appropriate protocol.

If help is needed, the central station specialist will notify emergency personnel to direct them to the premises.
