Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to midnight. Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Use this number for general customer support questions about your Guardian system, updating your emergency contact list, testing your system, technical or troubleshooting, repair, and yard sign or decal requests.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Log in to the Customer Care Dashboard to check your balance, last payment date and amount, or to make a payment online. You can also call with questions about your billing statements, billing cycles, taxes, automatic payments and other general billing questions or issues.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
